Refund Policy

If you are a UK customer and are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. We will be happy to provide you with a full refund minus any delivery charges. Please note that sales from outside of the UK, are NOT eligible for returns/refunds.

All items must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item is not returned in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for return delivery costs.

Delivery

I aim to dispatch items within 3-5 business days using either Royal Mail or DHL tracked delivery. The print will be hand signed and numbered, then carefully hand packed in either a hard backed manilla envelope.

Delivery times are approximately 2-3 business days in the UK, 5-7 business days in Europe, and 8-10 business days worldwide.

Please note if the demand is high it may take a little longer to dispatch, therefore if the delivery time is important please let me know.

Print size 14"x 14.5669" - 360 mm x 370mm with the image size 12.874" x 12.874" - 327mm x 327mm.

The origianl piece was created in a mixed media of acrylics, watercolour and inks.
